We purchase our products from Dauer Manufacturing, a large outdoor lighting manufacturer based out of Tennessee. Our company has spent years cultivating and maintaining deep roots and relationships within the Dauer brand and the incredible service and assistance they provide to us is a driving factor in our efficiency and success for our customers.

With Dauer’s evolving technology and development, we are able to consistently offer new products with upgraded applications to meet the ever-changing needs and desires of our clients. These products allow us to better expand our design capabilities, provide individuality to each job based on the property aesthetics and customer desire, as well as, continuously transform every property at an Elite level.

Why Our Process?

Not only do we take pride in the products we install; we also value the service we provide, the warranty that’s included, at the maintenance of each system. At Elite Outdoor Lighting, your experience doesn’t end when the job is complete. We maintain contact through social media and email marketing, while ensuring the line of communication for our customers is always open via our contact page on the website or any of our franchise numbers also listed there.

Our annual maintenance contract is a purchasable service that ensures your system is functioning at its highest caliber all year long. This contract includes two scheduled maintenance checkups each year, as well as, covers the cost of any service call that may arise for your system in that year’s time. Services provided in the maintenance contract are:

  • Perform visual inspection of fixture placement, design scheme, and recommend possible enhance.
  • Straighten and adjust fixtures
  • Remove overgrowth and debris that might be covering fixtures.
  • Check for proper voltage distribution on each fixture.
  • Clean lenses and fixtures to ensure longevity and correct light output.
  • Ensure transformer wire connections.
  • Conceal any exposed wire due to foot traffic or natural conditions.
  • Check automatic timing and operational control system.

With the purchase of an annual maintenance contract, our top of the line warranty provides lifetime coverage for your fixtures and transformers and a five year warranty of your bulbs. This warranty covers areas outside of Acts of God, but includes any issues that may arise for your system post installation. Like everything in life, we know things happen and we want to be as readily available for our customer base as possible. We’ve recently added a Service Call feature on our website to make your lighting hiccups a breeze-whether your timer needs adjusting, you’re updating your landscaping and need fixtures moved around, or a new driver backed over a light, this feature notifies our team of the need and provides you with reassurance and peace of mind that we are working quickly and efficiently to get your system back to maximum capacity.
